"I discovered a leak in my bathroom, under the toilet. I went to the office to ask for maintenance to fix it. My request was radioed to Russ the Maintenance Man. Then I went to check my mail and return home. As I approached my apartment, Russ was exiting my apartment ! All done, finished. Wow... Conny, Adra, Greg and Russ are certainly on top of their game when it comes to this apartment complex. Kudos to them."

"Maintenance came in fix the thermostat that was broken and replaced the lighting system in my bedroom. Maintenance was efficient. Make sure everything worked and lock my door on their way out. Great job"

"I put a request in for my garbage disposal, the bedroom door was sticking, and no hot water. I went out for a while when I returned the hot water was working my door didn't stick and my disposal worked. Amazing service!!!"
