"Apparently they're an "adult only" RV Park. Well my son is 18, a completely responsible adult, even making more money than I am, his mother. We own a beautiful trailer and he is considered an adult by state and everywhere else, but not by this RV Park. The lady I talked with was so rude to me on top of discriminatory. Seems like she was trying to ask me questions to give me a no answer, she finally hit that when I did not have a 30 amp I had a 50 amp and she said oh we don't have any of those available and literally hung up. These parks are in the middle of nowhere nothing around if I lied about his age because he looks like he's 25 and he acts like he is as well which is why he has such a high paying job already they would have never questioned it but I was honest with them and got extremely rude treatment and response. What jerks if you ask me. Had that old lady met my son out anywhere else she would have adored him it's unbelievable the way people are treating people these days and how judgmental they are. Sad."

"This is a HORRIBLE place with HORRIBLE management! My father was living here when he passed away. The management constantly bad mouthed my deceased father every time I needed to contact them about dealing with his property at the campground. Additionally, I tried to hire a cleaning crew to clean his trailer before we visited it and they gave us problems over that and even were rude and confrontational to the cleaning company. These people told us that we had to remove everything from the space my father rented in less than 2 weeks (even though we lived out of state) and also to pay the next month in rent even though it wasn't due yet and his stuff would be gone. You are not legally supposed to remove someone's property until you get all the official paperwork after someone passes away. Also, they only want rent in cash, which is likely so they can skip out on taxes. Terrible place but even worse people managing it. DO NOT STAY HERE."
