SpringHill Suites by Marriott Kingman Route 66

"Room was clean, the desk lady during the evening was amazing and friendly. Maid service definitely needs work. If you’re going to clean clean all of it. Breakfast was free but needs to change it up eggs and sausage every single day is not appetizing."

"Rooms are very spacious! Trundle beds are great for each kid to have their own bed. The separate toilet and shower are a great idea but the frosted doors don’t make sense. If someone uses either one at night and someone is asleep it lights up the whole room. Hard to sleep with bright lights shining through. All Staff (red haired lady was so helpful! Sorry I forgot her name) was very friendly and accommodating Breakfast was ok. Waffles were the best option as everything else didn’t seem desirable. Location was fine. Indoor pool needs to be renovated and not very warm. Kids weren’t comfortable swimming for a longer than 20minutes. Tight space too."

"Per usual for Marriott properties, the staff is great and the facility is very clean. This is a newer facility so the room amenities and layout are great and modern with a nice desk for business travelers. Not new enough that every outlet and lamp has USB charging ports, like some of the other new construction locations, so make sure to bring your own chargers. Now the negative, the internet is not very fast, the wifi strength is rather weak, and the system to "log in" for internet access is very slow and sometimes just doesn't work. Also, very conveniently located right off I40."

"Easy access and good room. However, the lady at front desk skipped me when I was waiting for the check-in and no apology. Just can’t believe this with the Marriott brand hotel! Besides, you really need to replace your self-service laundry washer as it is so stinky and looks out of order."
