"Did not stay over night. Just went to visit family who lives there for a bit. Not the best place to live but for some it's better then where they were before. Owner and manager need to be held accountable for not addressing the maintenance of the place. They have gone months with no hot water. Many of the ac units if there is one do not work. Slumlords is what they are."

"Im thankful for this place as it is very affordable. But the bug issues here r horrible & hard to overcome when the whole place needs b done at the same time to conquer them. The manager is great, she's made it affordable for us to fight the issue. U cant really beat a rent where all utilities are included. It has its ups & downs, like dumb ppl who have dogs they leave for hours or days on end that bark all the time, or neighbors who have no sense of respect for others but like i said...its cheap & we can have our dogs & theres a pool we can use again as soon as the free loaders with the disrespectful & destructive brat leave."
