"Paid in advance for one month . Went to work and came back and found my suitcases unpacked my bags gone through and several items missing. Of course no refunds."
"Visited daughter property was clean looks like a good place prices aren't bad"
"SHAME on the management!!!! Stooping as low as making fun of disabled persons and taking advantage of them. This makes me SICK!! Having talked to some long term renters myself they feel attacked by manager MARINA almost daily and have asked her to stop her mean comments but to no avail. ADA protests these individuals from harassment and second hand experiences. Maybe a call from a lawyer will straitened this up. Heard the owner is a good guy but he needs to get new employees."
"I have never stayed at Orchard Inn, but have visited a friend there several times over the past six months. Marena the manager is wonderful in trying to assist the renters with their needs. The building has just been painted outside bringing it more updated and fresh. I believe this Inn is rented more weekly or monthly than by the night, making it a safe and friendly place to stay when needed."
"Oh, did you want WiFi? It's only available in some rooms but they don't tell you that until after you've gone to your room. They said they never change the password and then they did two days later. Twenty year old CRTs are the TVs but you can forget any premium channels. Kids screaming at all hours. People talking loudly just outside your room. Awful parking. Terrible location. The laundromat next door is closed down so they'll rip you off for 3 bucks a load. The poor Hispanic lady who appears to be the only maid, the only front desk attendant, and the only laundrette barely speaks English but at least she's trying to be friendly. This place is what it is but Laughlin's rooms are all way better, cheaper, and are less than 40 miles away. The homeless and the criminal element are welcome though!"
