He finally called that evening and screamed at me for calling so many times. My wife and I had just put down our dog Maverick that we had for 14 years and she was already crying but also had a question and he literally screamed at her as well! That man has no morals,ethics and is just evil! I did tell Michael about his behavior and apparently he could care less. I was ready to fire them when Frank Anjakos called me and told me that he was in charge of my case. Frank was very honest and told me my chances of a positive outcome were very slim and I should ask for a refund before all my money was wasted. So I did and only got back $1425, after looking at the invoice they blatantly overbilled me by $350, which they did refund but actually I still believe that they falsely charged me for attorneys fees when I'm sure most was done by secretarys or paralegals. Even Frank told me that he barely spent any time with my case. FORTUNATELY FOR FRANK HE'S NO LONGER THERE!!!!"
