"Arizona Inn would have been a better choice. We’re terribly disappointed. Had our wedding here half a lifetime ago and two kids. Has been turned into a filled to the brim upscale corp retreat. Nice for corporate networking in an isolated venue. For a couple or family, not so much."
"We have been to this hotel before for corporate events, and went back last week for another one. They never disappoint. Besides having stunning views all around, the staff treated us like family. We were a group of 10 on business and the food, drink and quality of the hotel keeps us coming back. Thanks to the staff who made our business meetings feel like a vacation!"
"My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and were pleasantly surprised at the views and amenities. Upon arrival, we checked into a lower level room and immediately noticed each footstep above. We quickly called and asked to be switched to a higher level. They were quick to move us and were very understanding. Their trails and gym were incredible! Would stay again but only on top level."
"SHORT VERSION: We stayed for 2 nights during February 2024. Honestly, a great resort to stay at if in town. Resort contained electric vehicle chargers, tennis courts, decent gym, clean pool, and friendly staff members. Plenty of parking, convenient location close to shops and food, well maintained property. Would come back again. ROOMS: We stayed in a gorgeous standard two bed room which felt like our own suite because of how big it was. The bathroom is large and updated. The balcony was simple and provided a decent view of part of Tucson homes. No issues! SERVICE: Great all around! My girlfriend and I were trying to be cost efficient with out money by purchasing groceries which required little to no preparation. At first, we were bummed out to learn our room did not come with a microwave. There was no microwave in the lobby area either. I asked one of the graveyard desk clerks if there was any microwave available, he assured me he'd have one delivered to our room for personal use. Sure enough, an employee brought a standard microwave to our room a short time later which had been cleaned prior. Staff members were helpful and friendly. LOCATION: First time being to Tucson, but loved the location of this resort. At first, I was nervous about the location being near the outskirts of the city limits; however, it was in a perfect location. We were literally 5 minutes away (driving) from a plaza comprised of coffee shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. Personally, I love working out and try to remain consistent while on vacation. I've been to many hotels/resorts which had poor gym equipment or very a basic amount. This resort had enough equipment to help me stay on track with my workout routine without much modification. The resort contains multiple tennis courts that are available 24/7. My girlfriend and I received two rackets and a bag full of tennis balls for our enjoyment with no time restriction and the whole court to ourselves. While in Tucson, we had an electric car rental. We found it difficult to locate electric vehicle chargers almost anywhere in the city. The resort had two electric vehicle chargers near the front lobby for free! The parking lot had plenty of parking spots near our room which provided ease when unloading and loading our vehicle. The property is well maintained and very clean. This should be a 5-star resort in my honest opinion. The resort feels luxurious at a fair price. Would definitely recommend."
"Westward Look hotel is one beautiful place to stay. And, with the fact that its rooms are split apart, two-by-two, in separate bungalows, makes it all the better and quieter. As you can see from the photo’s the grounds are beautiful (even the Men’s bathroom is beautiful, not to mention that it was the warmest place on a coldish day). I didn’’t post a photo of the convention room I sat in for my seminar, but even that was clean and sharp. And, the servers for the buffet breakfast were all polite and helpful. It’s also beautiful on the inside of the lobby as the photo shows. I haven’t stayed in the Rooms themselves for several years, so I don’t know about the inside of the rooms … but when I was there in 2015 (before the recent remodel) the rooms were well appointed. If I were to have a choice of where to stay in Tucson, it would be the Westward Look. Hands down."
