"Good price, few toiletries. Noisy stairway. Had to pay extra deposit. Breakfast was substandard."
"Highly recommended! Clean rooms great location and exceptional service. Even have a hot continental breakfest in the morning."
"we had a great one night stay y'all! for 94$ plus 50$ deposit (that we got back) because we paid with card. cash deposit was 100$. we saw a few reviews saying it had a bad smell??? we never smelled anything. it is a little outdated, could use some new bedding and minor cosmetic repairs... there also was no ice machine room on the second floor... but literally right down the short staircase was an ice machine, so not too much an inconvenience. the guy at the front desk who helped us was super friendly and kind. he was informative and reminded us of breakfast at 6am. they also have room service, microwave, fridge, TV. wifi included, no password needed. LOCATION... it is right off of the freeway. in walking distance to a gas station, a couple well known restaurants, as well as a walmart! literally in a mile radius. theres also plenty of stores, places for food at the shopping centers around the area."
"Affordable accommodations good place to rest before continuing on a road trip. Right off the freeway. Gas station was conveniently close. There was someone to check me in at the later hours when I called ahead to let them know I would be checking in late. Room was nothing special but clean and had a mini fridge. In the morning hours the hallway could be heard with people opening and closing their doors. Breakfast had eggs and sausage with juice. I enjoyed the breakfast."
"This hotel is disgusting and needs to be under new management. I was to check in over the weekend for my first ever stay there. I stay in hotels all over the city and have never been treated so disrespectfully or been so discriminated against. This was the worst experience I have ever had in any hotel and I have traveled all my life. I arrived very ill (I am disabled) and needing to get into my room right away. I was told at check in I was expected to put a deposit even though none of my emailed documents said anything about it. In fact it said the amount due at check in directly on the email. I showed this proof to the scruffy, unkept, smelly man behind the desk and he insisted. I had to go speak to my spouse about the hold. I came back to tell him okay about the fee and my pain had skyrocketed and my body was breaking down (this happens with my illness) I needed to lay down and rest. I had started to cry from agony and stress this unpleasant, rude little man had caused me. He saw my tears and sickness as a chance to be cruel and he cancelled my room and kicked me out after putting a hold on my money. As a result I had to get another room and he ruined my weekend, my health, my budget and all I had planned. It should be noted this entire place stinks, like smells like rotten food and if I had been well I may have refused a stay at all. The ingrate behind the desk there needs fired. There are far better stays with people who help the disabled not laugh at them when they are unwell. If I could give this negative stars I would, avoid at all costs."
