"This is the worst hotel I stayed in. We had a connecting room and the walls were paper thin. The people in the adjoint room were loud until 12:00 am...no respect. He was on speaker phone and we could hear his full conversation as if he was sitting beside us, laughing with a young child...don't kids go to bed anymore? The doors slam so hard when they closed every time someone went in and out...the noise was terrible. Last but not least the room cleaning is terrible. The bed covers were just thrown on the bed, it was full of hair in the bathtub which did not belong to me or my husband. Not cleaned at all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE."

"I regret to say that my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and concerning. Upon arrival, I noticed homeless individuals congregating right in front of the hotel. Additionally, the neighboring hotel was renting out short-term rentals, leading to a presence of individuals engaging in drug-related activities. Despite my concerns, the front desk staff were unhelpful and offered little reassurance. Moreover, the lack of adequate security measures, with only one person on duty at night, left me feeling unsafe. The presence of marijuana odor in the parking lot further added to my discomfort. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel due to the pervasive safety issues and lack of effective management."

"Everything from rooms and cleanliness to staff and service was on par with what you'd expect from a Hyatt Place, which is to say that we were very satisfied with these aspects. We especially loved the breakfast. Additionally the location is very convenient if you're considering visiting the Saguaro national park or Sabino canyon area. And this brings me to the only downside - the gas station next door. There were a lot of homeless people in the area, be it at the entrance or the parking lot. So I can see how some folks might not feel safe around here. Personally I was more saddened than threatened by the presence of homeless people here. That being said, the staff do a good job of enforcing security and I honestly wouldn't worry too much, as long as you're not hanging out in shady areas after dark."

"Great stay and great staff! Visited from Cali and will definitely come again! The person working the night shift was so awesome and friendly it really made my check in and experience worth it! I hate to bring up race but the gentleman who help me was an African American with excellent customer service skills if management is reading this post!"

"Centrally located, but not in a great area and I'm not sure many people would feel safe walking from their cars at night. The facilities are really dated and not in great condition, including the rooms. The staff were really nice, though it seems like this hotel doesn't get restocked very often (they were out of a couple of toiletries and wouldn't get a new shipment for over a month!)."
