"I fly in and out of TUS International Airport frequently and stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. Want to point out their tremendous customer service. They are prompt picking you up at the airport and couldn't be friendlier or more accommodating at the desk. Rooms are clean and I've always had a nice stay. Would highly recommend this property if your travel plans include TUS."

"We came here for our honeymoon. It was a beautiful experience! Everyone was so kind and welcoming. I called ahead and asked for a nice room for us and Isaiah chose a room on the top floor. The room was clean and has a gorgeous view of the mountains and sunrise. We had dinner in the hotel and everyone was gracious and friendly. We were even given a free dessert! When we asked for a late check out, Isaiah had no problem accommodating our requests. All in all a wonderful time, and if possible ask for Isaiah! He was the best and really knows hospitality."

"I liked this HGI. The room was just what you’d expect, clean and nothing out of the usual. But the service really shined to me here. Check in was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast waitress was very attentive and friendly. And whoever made my omelette did a great job. Probably the last thing they want to hear ordered is an egg white omelette with everything in it, but it came out perfect and it was a lot of food. I’ve had plenty other locations say they can’t do egg whites only and a lot of times when they do make it for me there’s enough for one bite."

"The front desk clerk, Isaiah Bechner, was very friendly and welcoming and helpful for whatever was needed. Very disappointed the lazy river pool was too cold (~77F degrees) to get in either in the evening or the next morning, 10/5, I had been looking forward to that for weeks and planned to stay at that hotel 2 nights to enjoy. Checked out the first morning so did not stay more than one day because the pool was too cold. Was not familiar with the TV control so unable to select shows desired, instructions on how to use remote control, how to see TV program list on what channels would be helpful. It would be helpful for the bathroom to have hand lotion in addition to shampoo, conditioner. The AC/heat floor unit was not responsive to the wall control, did not cool and heat room as requested. I was unable to turn off the TV even though I used the obvious red off switch on the remote. The floor room attendants were very friendly and polite. Isiah was very friendly, polite and helpful on last visit to hotel 1 month ago. the pool was warmer that visit so I expected this visit to have the same warmer pool temp ( ~82”F) in morning and evening. it would be more secure if there was more handholds (safety bars) in the bath tub."
