"We are very pleased with Phoenix Children’s Academy! Our three year old is in Miss Claire’s class and she is such an amazing teacher. She is attentive, caring, and takes time everyday at pickup to inform us of how the day went. Our little guy is always excited to talk about what he learned and/or what art projects they worked on!"

"Do not take your babies here! I cannot speak for toddler classes but the infant program is so unacceptable! We had a tour today and not only did we not get a tour, we were dropped off in the infant room with the rudest and laziest teacher. She had 4 babies to care for and she was barely tending to them. They use the cry it out method! A poor infant, who is way to young to self soothe, was crying hysterically in a crib. I asked her about nap times and helping to settle babies and she replied "no, I don't have time because I usually have 5 babies. They can learn how to self soothe." That is neglect and she is traumatizing those babies. She also stated they do not follow any wake windows or schedules. She was so incredibly rude, never introduced herself or told us about the infant program. We learned nothing about the school nor how the infants are taken care of. We will never take our child here and I will make sure to spread the word about our horrible experience. My heart was broken for that tiny baby that was screaming all alone. Lastly, I did not have my ID and we were let inside and then let inside the infant room. That is very unsecure and unsafe!"

"This daycare facility is absolutely amazing. I transferred my daughter here after having a horrible experience with another daycare facility, where I was not given incident reports on multiple occasions after my daughter had been injured in their care, she came home with horrible diaper rashes at least weekly, and the staff was constantly quitting and classrooms were well over ratio regularly. Phoenix Children's Academy was recommended by a family friend, and the difference was evident when I first toured the facility. The teachers are engaged and actually care for and pay attention to the children in their classes. The majority of the staff is always in a good mood, very happy and welcoming, and actually seem to enjoy their job. The director and assistant directors make it a point to communicate with the families regularly, sharing monthly calendars and looking for feedback often. I cannot thank them enough for giving me peace of mind, knowing that my daughter is in great hands."

"Not only was it a fast and easy process. The facility is securely locked AND CLEAN which gives me a peace of mind. The staff that I’ve met so far are very genuine. My child’s teacher is an absolute sweetheart and she really shows love and affection to each and every one of her “kids”. It is a lovely school and Im glad it’s not just a daycare. They have structure and a schedule and they challenge their little brains. I can’t wait to see my sons progress throughout the year. They were able to work with my schedule which made things extremely easy for me. I loved the school so much the first day I went to check it out I didn’t even care about the price. My child and I were both comfortable and he connected very quickly with everyone. I would definitely recommend this location. I don’t usually write a novel as a review but they definitely deserved it. You and your babies will love the facility as well!"
