"I normally wouldn’t write a review, but the food and service has been so bad more than once that I have to say something. First off I’ve had multiple items from there and the last few weeks and somehow they all taste like cleaning product. It’s a very distinct taste, and it’s definitely not what either of the products I got should’ve tasted like. I don’t know what’s going on there from the service to the food to the atmosphere but everything is off and it’s been off for multiple weeks now. Not only will I never go back there. I will make sure everybody knows that their food taste like cleaning products because if it’s happened this many times to me they’re doing something in there."
"I ordered off of Doordash and didn't know a Macchiato was a type of coffee I just always thought it was just a Caramel Macchiato so I ordered one with 3 shots of Blueberry. When I got my order it was very bland and watered down with no caramel. Doordash would only give me 3.00 of my 7.00 drink. I didn't even want to be refunded for my food as it was fine, just my drink. I told Doordash I'd file a claim with my bank but my sister told me to just call the store so I did. Expecting a manager to be kind and professional I got the RUDEST most UNPROFESSIONAL manager on the phone (Terry) who first stated that if the drink was watered down it was Doordashes fault. Then I told her it didn't taste right and she proceeded to basically scold me that it was my fault I ordered it that way and that I have to ask for caramel because they don't automatically put it in the drink. I didn't know this and she could have educated me in a kinder more respectful manner but instead she kept berating me about the drink. I finally say "What are you going to do to make this right? Because I don't want to have to call my bank and file a claim." It was finally after this that she agreed to remake the drink. I realize it was my mistake but I now know how to order my drink next time and I never complain and spend a lot of money here so idk why it was a big deal to remake my drink. A 6 minute phone call over a drink! Any other manager would have politely explained how to order it next time so I made sure to get what I wanted and then asked how they could make it right and offered to make me a new one. Once again I've never asked Dunkin to remake me a drink. I did get my drink remade today it tasted A LOT better then the one yesterday but based off my experience with rude manager Terry I am leaving this bad review and calling corporate as well as no longer spending money at this location. I may not even go back to Dunkin at all and spend my money at Starbucks and Dutch bros....and all of this could have been avoided with a better attitude and a little customer service. Please stay away from this location."
"All the gals working on Thanksgiving were super nice and were dealing with lots of rude and impatient customers when it’s literally thanksgiving!! They remained kind and in positive moods based on my visit. They were working fast and doing their best! Happy Thanksgiving to them."
"I made a mobile order for a coffee and a chocolate cream filled donut. When I got home, the donut I got was a vanilla frosted sprinkle, which I don’t like. While the staff was friendly, customer service would’ve been better if they allowed me the opportunity to choose a donut of my liking, since they didn’t have what I wanted. Also, the app wouldn’t allow me to order the loaded hash browns because the app states they’re sold out of queso. However, I was able to order them in person. Not sure how much control the store has over the app, but it’s be a better experience using the app, if the food the store has available were listed in the app."
