Jack in the Box

"Always having the same issue with this location. They say open 24/7, but always closing drive thru at night. I went in tonight because I saw the door was open and they weren’t closed for any specific reason, but everything was shut off including grill and fryers, even the shake machine, which is all I wanted. I like the food, but can never deal with the people running this location at night time, it feels lazy. I watched over 10 people drive by this Jack tonight because the drive thru was obviously closed."

"We had a road trip and pulled off. The woman taking our order, Miss Jill, was so professional and thorough at the drive through. She got our order correct and was super pleasant and on the ball. She should be Corporate!!!!"

"The folks inside were hustling! Food customizations were met. I mentioned I ordered the wrong fries for my son and they gave me the right ones as an extra side for free (because I had to wait a few for my order, but it was nothing outrageous). They did a great job!"
