"As a general manager at red lobster, this is probably the poorest job I’ve ever seen from a manager running their dinner shift. Kendzie clearly can’t run a team. Always has to assure keeping her drive through times short but we been waiting for our food in the parking lot for 40 min now JUST for 2 McDoubles"

"Food is prepared hot and service is great. This last trip we received a Big Mac with a jalapeño pepper inside of it. We drove home and i wanted to take sandwich back to show the Manager as we could not eat the hamburger. Disappointed"

"Amazingly it was RIGHT this time and warm. Usually it's wrong and cold. So kudos to them. I believe our order was repeated to us at least 3 times before we got it. So they did good. Thank you!"

"1/14/24 at 3:45p went through drive thru. Ordered 2 double cheese burgers (I said extra pickle, and Mac sauce on both) They got that wrong , like... Why The burgers i got was the standard. Like they've just been sitting waiting, cuz they were hard . But ... Boy, did I pay for the extra pickles. Always get their $."

"Not the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had (that's the one who didn't put meat on a burger and then argued about it), but close. Place is disgusting with spills on tables and trash left around. Bad smell inside. Ordered food, took 15 minutes to get it. Other people walked up and a kid stood at the counter on his phone with his headphones in and ignored them. Looked up, saw them, turned around and told the other people working "I'm on break", and went back to his phone. Never acknowledged the customers. Food was cold, and they built our Big Macs wrong. I had to reassemble my burger myself. Corporate should probably step in and close this place down, it's horrible."
