Olive Garden Italian Restaurant 13379 West Grand Avenue, Surprise, AZ 85374

"It would be nice when ordering for pickup that the portions in the bowl match what you get when you order in the restaurant. It NEVER DOES equal if your sitting. My friend and I ordered again. She got a teensy piece flat piece of steak while mines was quite nice size and plump. The noodles were small in portion and very bland tasting. I could taste only noodles and very little alfredo sauce is in it. It was also very old looking and we live around the corner. I'd rather go in, get my plate and ask them to pack it up as soon as it comes. I will not be ordering here again for takeout. It has not been a good experience the last two times. Such a tiny tiny portion of old noodles."

"Olive Garden has always been a favorite of ours! We decided it was the perfect place to eat on our 20th Wedding Anniversary ❤️. Unfortunately, our experience could have been better. There was nothing terrible- but nothing outstanding either. Gaps in Customer Service was the main reason. Upon arrival, the hostess who greeted us just wasn't that welcoming. Our server didn't look like she was having the best day. She displayed little enthusiasm for her job, actually. We didn't receive any bread sticks for a while ( we were told "They are in oven"). A while later, we saw our server giving another table bread, so we asked, and finally received them. The sphegetti was food, and soup was delicious. The ambiance was nice, as it akways us at every Olive Garden. This experience was not a real positive one, when compared to the countless other Olive Gardens we have eaten at. Nevertheless, we had an amazing time celebrating together."

"Love the layout of this location. Food and cocktails were on point. The lasagna fritta is so good, and even though listed as an appetizer, I order it for my entree. I substitute the meat sauce for marinara sauce. It's delicious."

"We had an excellent server! I don’t remember his name, but we came here to celebrate landing a new job and the service was phenomenal. Food was delicious as always. I only remembered to take pictures of the appetizers but the main course was great as well! We both had Alfredo. We will be returning to the OG!"

"First time there with my kids and the food was excellent. I ordered the meat sauce and cheese ravioli, soup and salad, chicken Marcella, and shrimp scampi. All so good. The wait at around 5:30 PM gets busy busy busy. But we’ll worth the wait. Our server Keith was amazing and on top of everything we needed or wanted."
