"Update: After seeing other locations, this one is definitely not as big and does not have a lot of options like the others. The toddler area (5 & under) is always filled with older kids & half the stuff is broken or not working. Bathrooms need to be fixed up, none of the automatic toilets work, and the changing table stalls lock is broken. This blow-up in the toddler area is constantly broken, and staff always tells us that they can blow it up. I'd like to see it replaced with maybe a small trampoline instead. We come because we pay a membership for 2 kids and it is something for us to take them too... I hope they will upgrade this location soon. So far, so good. Price for membership is worth it, in my opinion. Staff is very nice, the place is clean, the atmosphere is chill, good music, snack bar is full of drinks and snacks so that's perfect."
"My whole family, 9 kids - ages 18 months to 10 years old, plus the adults, all love this place! We come here for all our birthdays. Lots of different activities compared to other indoor playgrounds. It has a large toddler area too. It has special hours that are cheaper for only toddlers to play. Great slides, swings, ziplines, air floors, mazes, ball pits, trampolines, rock climbing with gear, and much more. Lots of snacks available and other typical foods. Bathrooms are immaculate."
"This location is very focused toward the children. They have a lot of areas to play and adventure. On the other hand the sitting areas for the parents so low grade. At some of the other locations they have a separate room with actual couch’s and TVs. This location does not have that. If you are a parent willing to play this is the best uptown jungle but if you plan on being on your phone or I pad expect minimal lounging. Best location for a birthday party."
"So much fun, and with a Groupon it is extremely affordable! We came right before closing and it was nice and clean, and the staff was friendly. I would definitely recommend coming here if your kids need to run off some energy, and explore. This beats going to the park when it is hot or cold out as well!"
"Love that they built one here in Laveen! It's a little smaller than others but it was fun! Staff is very nice. This location doesn't have the lounging area like others for adults, but my daughter loved it! We will go back for sure! Go early, because it gets packed later in the afternoon."
