The UPS Store

"I forgot to tape a flap on a box that I was trying to ship. I needed ONE INCH of tape. They wanted to charge me a dollar. Tell ya what ... Your dollar just bought you a one star review. I understand that you are in business to make a profit, but there comes a point when nickel and diming your customer is gonna bite you. Edit : Aaaaaaaaand they replied with a canned response that absolutely glosses over the entire complaint. I didn't REALIZE I needed that piece of tape until I got to the UPS Store. Once I realized I missed a spot and asked about it I was hit with an utterly ludicrous price - a price, I might add, which is not discussed on the website, because if it WERE on the website a standard 110 yard roll of packing tape would cost me $3,960.00... Yes, that's right, at the rate the UPS Store wanted to charge me for one inch of tape the equivalent roll would be worth nearly FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS. Thanks, but NO THANKS. You lost my business forever ... and from the looks of the OTHER REVIEWS I'd say I'm not the only person you've tried to get one over on with your absolutely ridiculous policy. Lucky for me I found a DIFFERENT UPS Store, owned by a DIFFERENT franchisee, who was able to help me without feeling the need to extract every last possible cent of value out of me. If I could figure out how to make the middle finger emoji on my keyboard I would, but even that doesn't do justice to the middle finger you give not just to me but to Tucson at large."

"I have been in this store twice now. Once with a prepackaged item and another time with the intent to package in the store. Both times, the employees were very friendly, helpful, and quick. Would recommend."

"Went on 11-18-23. The girl that helped us was extremely rude. Not helpful. Very snotty. You can tell she hates her job. Walked into that place in a good mood left in a bad mood. It wasn't just me either as I was preparing my package she was having the same encounters with other customers"

"I logged into the UPS Store website and setup a print job that I had to have done. I was amazed at how easy it was to set it up and pay for it online Unfortunately, when I arrived at the store, it was a nightmare to get my documents. The young lady that assisted me did try to locate my documents but was unable to do so. I had to email the documents from my phone which is very difficult for me because I have tremors and have a hard time typing on my phone. It eventually did get done, but took a lot of extra time and effort. If you are going to have an online presence to make things more convenient, please be trained on how to use it."
