"I went in at 6PM on a Wednesday to get a single paper printed out. There was literally no one in the store but workers. The lady at the counter said “Sorry I can’t help you today!” She was standing in the corner looking at her phone. Absolutely terrible customer service. 10/10 would not recommend this location."

"Matt, in photo/copies/printing, provided me with outstanding service yesterday. Earlier yesterday a young woman, who was incredibly busy, gave me great service and I asked Matt if she could help me again. Clearly she was busy again and Matt jumped in. He rushed in to print my order and he charged me much, much less than I expected. The prints were great. He was incredibly busy too. Matt gave me a great deal, even when he was so busy! The little gesture that Matt gave me yesterday will go a very long way in my future views/experiences with Staples! He was great despite how busy he was. You, and us (the public) are lucky to have employees like Matt and the young lady earlier yesterday, working for Staples! I couldn't be happier!"

"Hands down the laziest and most rude employee I've ever dealt with. I called to see if they had any Dymo labels and the lady said that they did, so I asked if there was any way that they could have any in the front for me and before I finished trying to explain that I need a knee replacement she said no. So I asked if she could please try and again she said "I can't guarantee it". So I asked "You can't just take it to the front and again she repeated the same thing. I drove up and the lady was outside, so she walks in behind me and says "We don't have it in the front" so she tells me where to go from where she was at the register and it is literally 5 aisles straight in front of her which would of taken her 2 mins to grab and be back in the same spot. BTW Staples was empty, so she sent a young man to ask if I had any questions about the Dymo label maker as I was already walking back and I felt like she just thought it was funny when she was just lazy. So I answered him and said "No, I needed it at the front but I guess the lady is just lazy, why would she send you now when I'm already on my way back?" So I made my way back to the front dragging my leg in pain and she asked if I could put my number in and said that there's no such number, so she asked if I wanted to sign up... NO!!! I have never had any problems with Office Max so I'd rather drive a little more but never again with Staples if this is how they treat their customers with disabilities. I would rate this a zero but I can't, that's how disappointed I am in Staples."

"I visited this Staples to get business letters printed. The Manager, Kay Williams, went out of her way to accomodate me with competitive business pricing, as I have had an account with someone else. Her professional courtesy to me was so appreciated! She went further in helping me with labels as staff was busy with customers. It is this kind of customer service that separates Staples from the competition. I highly recommend!"

"They need more staff at the register. They were all very polite when I walked in-the customer service person, the floor person and the print shop person. But when it was time to check out with my 1 item, I actually left without buying it because there was a customer talking at the CS person and no one on the other registers to help those of us trying to buy stuff. BUT they have a nice store, good selection and I loved this art suggestion they have displayed. So creative"
