"I dropped one basket of clothes off at 11:30am. I called at 3:00pm they still hadn’t been looked at. I came to the store at 6:30pm since they close at 7:00pm and they hadn’t been looked at. When I came in no one was behind the counter looking at anyone’s items. The cashier couldn’t have cared less and didn’t apologize."

"Very disappointed with the customer service. Used to feel like a boutique. When you were walking around with clothes, they would ask your name and hang them for you in a dressing room. This time my 80 year old mom and I shopped and tried on for a half hour, then she needed to use a restroom and the young girls said NO, only for employees and told us to walk to Rubios. We'll visit other stores from now on. What a shame!"

"Idk where to start. Bad customer service, rip off prices, and poor quality clothes. If you don’t mind broken zippers and period stains on your clothes then this is the place to shop. If you enjoy rude and condescending employees named Stephanie look no further. If you want to over pay for bad quality and potentially roach infested clothes come on down."

"Customer service is THE worst they are rude and condescending especially Stephanie. This is establishment doesn't know how to take accountability for there mistakes and don't know how to do there jobs correctly. You're messing with people belonging regardless if they are trying to sell or no you need to have a working system ...key word WORKING sell your clothes else were"

"If I could give a place negative stars I would. I recently sold clothes there and the store mistakingly gave me money for items that weren’t mine. Instead of practicing decent customer service and asking if I could come in and help them fix it (which I would’ve been more than happy to do if i was treated with any shred of respect) I was instead immediately threatened with police reports and also falsely accused of stealing items that I did not have. Never in my life have I been treated so poorly for someone else’s wrongdoing. I even came back and gave the money for their mistake and was still threatened with police investigation for other items THEY had misplaced. I was treated like a criminal right off the bat because they don’t know how to keep track of their items. My encounter with Stephanie wasn’t only unpleasant, it was appalling. She constantly kept a condescending attitude with a smug grin as if falsely accusing someone of stealing because you made a mistake is somehow cute or funny. I implore you not to do business with these people. Incredibly disorganized and woefully lacking in customer service skills."
