The Home Depot 650 North 54th Street, Chandler, AZ 85226

"Would give less stars if I could. This store allowed someone to use my husband’s phone number without permission to utilize his military discount. We do not even live in Arizona! When we called to question this, because we received an email receipt for this purchase since it was linked to our Home Depot account, they said it was the store policy to allow people to use the discount privilege if they provide a phone number that has been verified as a service member. No ID was checked to verify this person was the member or a dependent and this person was simply given the discount because he knew the phone number. This is ridiculous! So this person is 100% despicable for doing this obviously but also the Chandler Home Depot needs to do better!"

"not the worst Home Depot and definitely not the best. everything seemed well stocked and clean however finding help was near impossible. When I did finally find someone to help , it seemed I was bothering them and they were in a hurry to pass me off to the next associate who appeared just as annoyed. got what I needed and left."

"Horrible customer service. Asked a supervisor if they can price match an item. Supervisor called someone and confirmed they could but I had to go to the customer service desk. No big deal. Get to the customer service desk and then was told they won't do it. Explained who approved it. She called the supervisor to confirm but he went on break. Asked for a manager and was told they were busy. After 45 minutes of back and forth. I left. They were doing everything to not price match the item. Went to another Home Depot and no issues. In and out in 10 minutes."

"This is one of the worst Home Depots I have been to. The two times I shopped there, the staff has been less than helpful at the counter. Asked one if she could look to see if another location had tile, and the attitude I got was unbelievable. I gave her my receipt to show her the item number, and you would have thought I asked her to give up a kidney."
