And when you try to get your money back for THEIR error they give you store credit, so they get your money either way. Check how things ring up before you pay or you’re screwed. "like other ppl that have posted reviews, this store had turned me away for wearing a backpack by telling me to leave it at the front of the store? Why would someone leave their bag at the door ? This is not a department store, they sell second hand goods, nothing valuable. This store is racist and my friends and family have noticed on many different occasions. A store that sacrifices customer comfortability will not cater to the rest of you."

"This is one of the worst thrift stores in the valley! I visited a day ago as it's reviews seemed pretty good. I go in and get rude looks from the cashier. If that already wasn't uncomfortable there dvd section was a mess, the electronics barely had anything out and if you want to see anything behind their glass case be prepared to wait a long time as the same cashier didn't help me for like 10 minutes when there was no lines.. also I saw a brown stain in a pair of couple pants as I was looking through. This is filthy and disgusting! And the reviews saying it's clean didn't see all the dust bunnys all over the floors and shelves! I won't be returning!"

"I wanted to go shopping there, since it's a ten minute walk from where I lived so I brought my backpack since I was -walking there- I didn't want to carry around a bunch of plastic bags home. I'm not the lorax I don't speak for the trees but I am environmentally conscious. Got ten steps into the store and was told we don't allow backpacks inside. Maybe I missed a sign saying that but honestly I didn't look back. Shame because of it's proximity to home I would have shopped there fairly regularly and everything looked neat and fairly well kept."
