"Was trying to buy some new pillows and needed a price check on a set of pans. Manager lady walked by in a rush with an attitude and couldn't even help me and said had to help someone else. No one in sight at all no one at registers. She told me to go ask person at the register but I guess they were invisible because no one was around to help. I was in the store a good hour and got no help!!"

"The store itself was nice and pretty organized. I was able to find most of what I was looking for, but service was awful. The cashier acted like a robot, no real interaction. Other than that I was not greeted or asked if I needed any help. I even had to help an old lady find the bathroom because she couldn’t find anyone to help her. I will say they had a Starbucks inside which was pretty cool if you were shopping for a school dance etc and needed the extra energy to push through as a mom lol"

"The store looked very posh. You get the feel that the items here are on the expensive side. When we checked the prices, they really were expensive for an international student. They had a sale going on. They have maintained the place very well. They have a great collection of clothes as well. It's a good place to check out for clothes."

"Hey everyone! I just had to share my recent Macy's experience because it was seriously amazing! So, my friend and I popped into Macy's on February 11, 2024, to get her some cruise outfits for her trip to Mexico. And let me tell you, we got way more than we bargained for! As we were chatting about what she needed for the cruise, this super friendly lady named Kristin, who turned out to be a Macy's stylist, jumped in and offered to help us out. It was such a pleasant surprise! Kristin was so down-to-earth and just dove right into helping my friend figure out her style and what she needed. And let me tell you, my friend and I have a pretty big age gap - 37 years! So, without Kristin’s help, I would've been totally lost. Before we knew it, our fitting room was overflowing with options for everything from poolside lounging to fancy dinners onboard. Kristin was a total gem -so patient and helpful the whole time. She had us cruise-read in no time! And get this -she didn't stop at just clothes. Kristin even helped us pick out the perfect fragrance and some stunning costume jewelry to complete the looks. I had no idea Macy's had stylists like Kristen, but now that I do, I'm definitely going to be asking for her by name every time I shop there. So if you're ever at Macy's and need a hand finding the perfect outfit, just ask for Kristin. She's seriously the best!"
