"Home depo has an above average inventory search on line so I use them a lot. If you need parts they do a great job and they have a better quality of lumber selection too. The 3 rating is because they seem to refuse to make internet available in the store. I know why you cant use their app inside their own store because of all the metal shelves. HOWEVER the technology exists to solve this so why don't they? Completely frustrating that their pro app can't access a network inside their store but all the employee devices seem to function just fine. Tired of going outside to find where the part I'm searching for is located inside...."

"Ive noticed people started using the curbside pickup spots for loading now that they closed off the covered loading area. The parking spots here are too small for trucks. It's almost always frustrating. Never any carts where they should be. Most of the time 1 person checking out a line of customers. Lowes is further, but for my sanity, I'm going there. After years of coming to this homedepot, I'm throwing in the towel."

"I believe that other Home Depot stores should use this store as how to do business. This is the ONLY Home Depot that I have been in that I actually had a gppd experience. First thing you walk into the door and there was a man asking right away asking how he could help and what you were looking for. From then on we were asked a told of 13 times by 13 different employees if we needed help. Not only is that an absolute first but it is the first time I didn't need to go on a manhunt to find someone to help. If I am near this store I will go back just because this store has figured out what works."
