"We had our kiddos birthday party there and it was great! Only issue was I paid for a kids buffet which ended up being a lot of food. When the kids were done eating some of the parents began to graze on what was leftover (which was a lot) and because of that they charged us $90 more which was pretty ridiculous. The party itself already almost cost $400 so that didn’t feel very good. If we had ended up needing or ordering additional food I would have totally understood but it was food that was literally already there. It’s super fun just know going into it that if any adults want to eat you will be charged"
"We recently booked a party here for our child's birthday and everything was great. The staff was amazing and so friendly, and the manager (I forgot his name) was the sweetest ever. I loved how much attention to detail we received over the entire time, and I was floored because that just was not service I was expecting for a bowling alley (or any other establishment that catered to kids parties) On top of that, booking the party was incredibly easy and flexible to update if needed thanks to the event coordinator who easily worked with me via email. My daughter had a blast, the entire time was stress free for me, and the other kids really enjoyed themselves as well as their parents. We will definitely be booking more parties here in the future and recommending to other parents!"
