"Don’t use the bounce houses here. Spend a little extra and go somewhere where the company cares about people. This place gave me a bounce house that had holes in it and kept deflating and almost injured a kid. They told me I’d get a refund about 3 months ago but never received one and never spoke to anyone cause they won’t answer my calls or texts."

"They asked to bring the bounce house a day earlier- said they would be there between 9am-11am then didn't show up until after noon. They brought a completely different bounce house than what I ordered and said the one I ordered was damaged and they were giving me a new better one that costs more and weren't charging me the difference. It didn't cost more, online they are the same price. They offered to switch it for the correct one and then said it was magically repaired. I kept the one they delivered only to find that it was completely covered in duct tape patches. I will never use them again."

"We usually order from another company, however decided to give AZ Bounce 4 kids a shot due to a deal they had on cotton candy machine, tables/chairs, and bounce house. I will not be using this company going forward. The bounce house was on its last leg with duct tape all over it. There were holes (covered in duct tape) on the slide which would not allow the slide to be completely inflate which resulted in the kids hurting them self as they went down the slide. While the kids were bouncing inside, the bounce house kept folding over and the kids had to continually push it back up. When they picked up the bounce house I told them about all these issues and all I got was a “oh yeah, wow” We did not know how to use the cotton candy machine and texted and called the owner for assistance and received zero response. I won’t be using this company anymore. Retire your old bounce houses and care about your customers more!"

"Large water slide wouldn't fit into the backyard, so we went with a smaller water slide that would ($400 less). Paid (up front) over $800 for the larger slide, and was never reimbursed the difference. Made SEVERAL attempts to contact AZBounce4Kids for the refund. Only ever received lip-service and empty promises. Buyer beware."

"Well I use to like this company, however we used them Sept. 9 2023 and ordered over $1000 worth of rentals including 30ft water slide, bungee run, jousting tables, chairs, and snow cone machine. The waterside was usable because the pool at the bottom was ripped (set up that way) and did not hold water, also the jousting ring was delivered with no jousting stands or boxing gloves. I let them know right away the issues and they told o u have to talk to manager who was never there and they said someone would call me and no one ever did. Terrible Customer service."
