"If I could give this place zero stars I would. The rooms are SUPER outdated, furniture is gross and broken. Our air conditioning unit went out during the week we were here but that's not even the worst of it. I informed the skinny supervisor that all of the dressers were broken as soon as we checked it one of which was so bad I threw the draws away and the lady yelled at me for doing so. Mind you I have children and there were nails poking out of the plywood. So what did she expect me to do just leave it around for my kids to play with and get hurt? Then she proceeds to say that she was going to charge me $50 for the broken dresser because I put it in the trash can outside. House keeping came early one morning and my kids were sleeping so I didn't want the housekeeper to vacuum in the bedrooms and she happened to mention it to me after making the comments about the dresser and the $50 charge..she proceeded to also say. " If you didn't allow the housekeeper in the bedrooms it makes me wonder what else you are hiding!" I was so floored I just looked at her and said.. oh really? We will be going elsewhere. Also because I decided not to stay after that really nasty comment. She charged my card a $35 fee for checking out after 10 am. Stay far away from this hotel!!!! Oh I also forgot they say there is wifi and it doesn't work!!"

"easily the WORST place to stay. DO NOT STAY HERE. The billed me $100 after I left and kept my deposit because they said I smoked in a non-smoking room. I do not smoke. The room was filthy, no hot water, pee on the seats, the duvet was covered in weird stains, etc. They steal your credit card info and charge you for false charges. This motel is incredibly sketchy and should not exist. I beg you to not give them your money because they will steal from you."

"This place is absolutely horrible. This woman threatened my husband when we asked her name she said her name was B****. We were traveling with our 7 year old daughter I’m reporting this business. I just wanted to share our experience and hopefully something will be done about this employee."

"This place is a complete waste of time and money. In fact. It's down right dangerous to stay here. I was stranded in Chandler with a group of friends we were going to a conference when our car broke down. We got here, paid to stay and were trying to figure things out. I paid an EXTRA $35 to stay until 2 pm, I was RUDELY awakened by 3 angry front desk people DEMANDING for us to leave.THEY CALLED THE POLICE PEOPLE. THEY CALLED THE POLICE at noon saying we had unauthorized guests which is untrue! THEY NEVER EVEN ASKED ME FOR MY NAME OR ID WHEN I PAID CASH! AND THEY LIED SAYING I WAS BEING UNRULY! I HAD LITERALLY ASKED WHAT I DID WRONG?! The police came whatever I didn't do anything wrong. My money wasn't refunded. DON'T STAY HERE IT'S UNSAFE."

"We need a place to stay for a few hours to rest and immediate as I was checking in I felt immense disgust towards me from the two front desk staff. When I went to ask for an additional towel it blew up. We were kicked out because “I lied” and didn’t disclose that my partner was staying in the room even though the reservation said 2 people. When I asked to speak to a manager about it, we were kicked out. We were then called awful slurs (the N word, the F word and the B word) and we were not allowed to get all our stuff from the fridge. My partner and I were shocked and it was an extremely traumatic experience. As we process this experience we were definitely discriminated against because of who we were. I hope the staff there realize that they cannot treat people like this."
