"I checked into this hotel for a three night stay, on that same day I had a change in business plans. I went down to inform the front desk (early afternoon) that I would need to leave the following morning do to a change in plans. The person at the desk could not tell me if I would be charged the two additional days and he said he would pass the information on to management. I have traveled for 20 plus years for business and have never had an issue with a major hotel chain. I did not receive a call from management the next day so I called the hotel. I was told the management had left for the day and I would need to call back the next day (it was 3pm local time). I called back the next morning and had to tell my story all over again as it sounded like nothing was passed on. Since I didn't get anywhere I opened a complaint with Choice Hotels and was told the matter would be resolved in 24 hours, I never heard back. I called the hotel and was told by the front desk I would get a credit for the two days. After receiving the bill, not only were the days not credited, I was charged more on the last day than the original booking was made for. I spend most of the year traveling and staying hotels, based on this experience, I will never stay at another Radisson property. Comments on the hotel. Room numbers were taped to the doors (cardboard sign), carpet had to be 20 plus years old, I think I would offend Motel 6 if I said it was on the same level. Rooms were up charged due to baseball spring training. Management was non-responsive and the front desk (with the exception of 1 person) was not helpful in the least. Choice Hotels, not my choice any longer. This place is pretty run down."

"This hotel is the worst I have ever stayed at. I checked in at around 6pm and tried to go to my room, which was locked.. A worker opened it and asked what I was doing. I showed him my room key with number and I said I would go get a different room. He said he was finished and left. The window was open, ac set to 77 and the living room tv on. Seemed like he was just chilling in the room to avoid work. The room wasn't clean, crumbs on surfaces, dirty washcloth in shower, dirty cup by sink, stains on sheets. TV across from the bed didn't work. Listen to the other reviews and don't book here, they obviously aren't making changes like they say. This hotel made me feel very unsafe."

"This turned out to be a nightmare for my family. The place is dirty and dated with a stench of marijuana all over the place. Black dirt and stains on the mattress and on the white bedspreads, threadbare furniture, thin walls, frayed carpet at the doors, filthy hallways, holes and stains in the carpet in the rooms. The flooring is coming up in the tiny, nasty elevator and in general it doesn’t feel safe because of all the people hanging around outside all the entrances at night smoking. They tried to charge us for our service dog without letting us know. I had to produce documentation for the charges to be dropped. On the third day, my card key suddenly stopped working and the receptionist was so rude replacing one. Found out someone had gone to my room and tampered with our luggage and a pair and of my new jeans was stolen. Tried to complain to the front desk of whom were very rude and not helpful. They promised to look into the cameras and never got back to me. If you need to speak with the manager, Deanna, she will ghost you and the staff is instructed accordingly. I had to insist for them to even give me her contact information. This place is horrible and won’t recommend it to anyone."

"Stayed here 2 nights 2/17-18, 2024. The room was reasonably clean but had a rather musty odor and is pretty dated. Breakfast is a standard continental breakfast with eggs, sausage, toast/waffles etc. but the juice machine wasn't working. Service at check in was good. Hotel is very close to airport but not much else (restaurants, etc.)."

"I’m sorry but two out of 5 stars is all I can give it only thing that I love is that the location is right next to the airport. The staff didn't come tidy up our rooms or anything and I been here since Sunday it’s now Tuesday! The breakfast has been the same for the past two days nothing changed same eggs and sausage no new cereal or anything smh. I paid over $550 for my stay and I feel like I’m at a motel ! I’m not happy about my stay at all for the rates we pay it needs a lot of room for improvement! Soon as I walked in my room from check in the room smelt so bad I had to get room spray from bath and body works! Shower curtain was ripped and hanging on by a thread overall I’m disappointed !"
