"Treat your customers equally. Do not make customers you know pay less than customers you do not know. I used to do my taxes in your office for the last few years, but after what I noticed today, I will never go back to your office again. It’s not about money at all but I like and respect it when businesses owners treat their customers in equal ways . An additional point to my review since the owner replied to it .. I’m not talking about prices and how much you charge your customers in this review I’m talking about the ( Treating your customers equally ) I wasn’t looking for a cheap price and you know what I’m talking about . I went to a different place and I paid more than what you wanted to charge me to finish my taxes . Hopefully you guys understood the point . Customer service comes first in all businesses. So all luck with that ."

"Horrible experience here. I can't believe these people. This place came highly recommended and I am Super Disappointed. They were Absolutely No Help to me whatsoever. The Lady was not understanding what I was needing help with. Complete waste of my time and energy to get Absolutely nowhere. Definitely never coming back here. Plus I waited over half an hour in the lobby when I first came in. Very unprofessional place."
