Legacy Golf Resort 6808 South 32nd Street, Phoenix, AZ 85042

"The golf course was amazing however the management is disorganized took ten minutes to get my clubs and an hour to get my cart. No complementary sun screen and charges 20 bucks for sun screen that doesn’t mist. The rooms is a blast from the past like 1970’s. Requested double beds 6 months ago and gave us one bed with a sofa they said they over booked the double beds. Beds are so uncomfortable and a small tv from 2008. Dirty room and cobwebs on the ceiling light and don’t get me started on how bad they harass you about going to a timeshare seminar."

"Both weekends we were there, the golf course was occupied by a tournament and you couldn't play. It was even difficult to get play time during the week in spite of staying in the resort. The pool water could be warmer, and the pool bar employee sat on his phone the entire time when he could have been playing music or walking around serving the customers (which would have increased sales and therefore tips). Our room was clean & It was easy to get the extra supplies we requested throughout the week (detergent, towels, dishwasher, soap, etc). Very nice BBQ area."

"Our room smelled like sewage. The maintenance person came to investigate and someone had pooped in the shower and it was stuck in the “p” trap. That issue was resolved but the level of service and amenities for Shell Vacations owners is no longer honored. No daily room cleanings, robes, newspaper or welcome gifts. I was offered to join the Wyndham timeshare for an additional $25,000. After the way we were treated, no chance!"

"The room we stayed in had a door that connected to the other room. But the seal separating the two rooms was extremely weak. So I could hear our neighbor's screaming kids 24/7, and let me tell you, they were loud. "Inside voices" apparently isn't a thing in that family. Thanks to them, we definitely did not have a peaceful vacation. We asked if anything could be done, and we were told no. I wish we could have moved rooms."

"Great location, excellent customer service, awesome amenities. The layout of the room was nice. The kitchen had all the appliances we needed. It even had a washer dryer combo. The walls were a little thin as we could hear our neighbors snoring. Overall we were happy with our stay and would stay here again."
