Hilton Phoenix Airport

"This was the most expensive option costing me around $500CAD a night to stay and the rooms were .. well not up to par for what you are paying. What made my stay memorable however was the staff. Mr Antione and the guest services lady that wears the glasses and is in the mornings really made me feel welcome. If the prices were better I would stay here every time I came down because of the way the staff left me feeling. Thank you team"

"This hotel us not up to the Hilton standard on many levels. Got checked in and settled in the room and all was good. Checked out the bathroom and was very disappointed that the shower does not have a full door or shower curtain and that you have to get into the shower to turn it on which means early in the morning you are greeted w a blast of ice cold water, shower head would not move to avoid that. This design is horrible for a hotel. Also mold in the shower was not ok. Then I get home from my trip and get notified of a charge to my company credit card that I did not authorize. It seems I was charged for the 2 bottles of water in the room that I did not touch. I cannot get an answer from Hilton. This is unacceptable! Will no longer be staying w Hilton hotels as this is now the second time I have been charged for something I did not take/use. I have pics of the shower but Google won't let me add them."

"Booked a room with 2 queens. Then got upgraded to I guess bigger rooms with 2 queens. Tried to check in but was too early however when we got back to the hotel our room had been given to another guest and all that were left were king rooms for me to share with another adult. Unacceptable. In addition the rooms are extremely dated and grungy. Carpet is worn and slimy feeling. No plugs for charging on the nightstands."

"Good place to stay near the airport. They also offer a little so that makes it super convenient if you do not have a car while traveling. Rooms are spacious and clean. I got lucky and got a nice view of the pool."

"I've stayed here twice now, last December and last night. I attended an office holiday party on both occasions. Every member of the staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. Omar, one of the waiters, went above and beyond when he overheard me expressing a wish and worked to make it happen! I wish I had gotten everyone's name. They each deserve a shout-out. The food was also spectacular (both years). I don't have a reason to stay at local hotels very often, but i wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Hilton to anyone staying in the area. Clean, comfortable, good proximity to the airport, and excellent staff."
