"Very nice hotel, clean, good breakfast.. great location! Front desk crew is very rude. We have stayed there 5-6 times and with the exception of one gentleman who we have dealt with twice, front desk staff is rude."

"Not sure how this hotel rates so highly. It's a sub-par experience. Noisy west-facing room with dumpster use into the night, right outside the window. Other amenities: Misaligned toilet seat, no front desk staff, and two tissues (yes: 2) left in the box for my stay. Checked in on the app hoping to select a quiet room, yet they assigned me one right near the ice machine in the hallway. Oh, and the commercial laundry machines are in the room next door. Fun! Won't be back again. Avoid this hotel; there are better choices around the Biltmore area."

"Sadly my room was never cleaned and I was there 4 nights. I requested it be cleaned twice. The traffic noise in room 451 was unbearable from 4pm to 12 midnight nightly. Breakfast was great and workout room although in the basement, was very nice"

"Stayed here for a business trip. Service was great. Rooms were clean. Beds are firm but not too hard. Outdoor pool was refreshing. Breakfast served every morning had a good variety of items. I will start here again when I'm back in town for sure"
