"Stayed for a week at Sheraton Phoenix Downtown for work in January. I’m giving 5 stars because almost everything was perfect. But let’s start with the bad : EVERY night I didn’t have hot water in my room so I had to call front desk, they sent me maintenance who told me the problem was in the mechanical/electrical room. After two days I was able to tell them where to go to solve the problem. Every night…that’s pathetic but at least I had hot water every morning. Now the good : Comfortable, clean, nice and very practical room even with an adjustable table to be able to work seated or standing. All the staff were very kind and helpful. Sunny rooftop pool and bar. Service and quality of our private breakfast and lunch buffets were great. Conference rooms were just the right size for our events and comfortable. Hotel lobby bar is a great get together place every evening. Safe and mini fridge in the room."

"Love this hotel - one of my favorite in Phoenix. I am here several times a month usually and the staff is so unbelievably friendly and helpful. Great location and all the rooms on the higher floors have gorgeous views. So many cute shops & delicious food within walking distance - and at the hotel itself. The pool is always sunny and the gym is fire - great equipment and space. Always a good time! Definitely recommend this place for a short or long stay."

"The Sheraton Phoenix Downtown hotel is conveniently located near the convention center, as well as being within walking distance of several great restaurants and nearby to art museums in Phoenix. The rooms are typical business hotel style and have been updated and reasonably maintained but the price is a bit high for what they are (note that I paid the business meeting rate). The club lounge is conveniently located on the ground floor (sometimes I prefer it to be on a high floor to have a view from the hotel) hand had good food options in the limited hours that they were available. One limitation is that the club is closed from Friday evening through Sunday evening, which was unfortunate for my meeting dates. The valet’s were great and self parking also worked ok although the hotel acknowledged that key cards don’t work to exit the parking deck so each person needs to push the button and wait for someone to answer and to raise the gate, which slows exit from the parking deck for everyone using the self parking spaces."

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown and would like to share my wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, every aspect of my stay was impeccable. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any request. The rooms in the hotel were spacious, clean and well equipped, providing the perfect setting to relax after a busy day. I especially liked the pool area, which was a great place to relax. I was also impressed with the variety and quality of the food in the hotel restaurant, every meal was a real treat. The location of the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown is ideal for exploring the city, with easy access to major attractions and entertainment. I highly recommend the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown as a sophisticated place to stay in Phoenix that provides a high level of comfort and hospitality."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Shout out to Pedro Ortiz at concierge. He gave us so many great recommendations and such a warm welcome. The valet guys Greg and Craig were always so quick to bring out our car no matter how jam packed the entrance was. Very hard workers. The housekeeping team kept all the rooms and even the gym squeaky clean. The breakfast schedule for members was a bit confusing, but the bar and restaurant breakfast was top tier. The views from the room were incredible. The location was excellent. Could easily walk or take a quick drive to the best places. Would definitely stay here again. 10/10 recommend."
