Extended Stay America - Phoenix - Peoria

"Hey everyone, my name is dustin and I'm here in pheonix training for my new job and my company put me in this very nice suite and the front desk employeesare the nicest and are willing to make it happen, Kathy the front desk lady was super helpful and helped me with all the things i needed if you need a good place to stay along with the other staff members! Won't ever forget my hotel experience just because of how great they are here!! Would recommend!! Thank you to Kathy and friends!!"

"Not enough pillows in the room. No blow dryer in the rooms. You have to ask for one. And if not available, you have to wait for it. Bring your own if Extended stay is your only choice. No dishes or utensils in the kitchen either. TV was falling apart. And we paid for a room with a king-size bed. We had a full size!!"

"I just want to say that Kathy who works in the mornings is just above and beyond, she is friendly and personable as well as helpful, if I ever needed anything she always knew the answer and even offered up a better solution's that I was not aware of. She worked with my mom who was paying for my stay and helped her with whatever she needed help with and any questions she had as well. The other staff was nice too, but Kathy stood out from the crowd, if I ever have to stay in a hotel again, you can be sure I'm coming back to Extended Stay, to see Kathy."

"I originally booked for 2 nights, but when I say the pictures online were deceiving, I mean it 100%. The lobby was small, the hallways made me feel claustrophobic and the smell wreaked of smoke and a cheap airfreshner mixed. The refrigerator made a loud noise all night, I couldn't sleep. It was like you could smell the cigarette smoke through the walls and the vents. I even seen a roach in the bathroom! So disgusted! I could barely sleep but because we traveled from out of state, my daughter and I were exhausted. We suffered the 1 night and checked out immediately the next morning. I bit the bullet and spent way more on 1 night at a CLEANER hotel 4 minutes away, but was definitely worth the extra money spent! Definitely would not recommend this Extended Stay to anyone!"

"Hotel staff are wonderful.The location is ideal-near Trader Joe's, Arrowhead Mall, Target, Nordstrom Rack, thrift stores, etc. The room was cozy & quiet. Even though it was the busy holiday season I slept well. Kitchenette was great, and I was able to control the room temperature witht the AC/heat unit. The only thing I would change was the hot water was not quite hot enough for me."
