"Walked in to get a refill for my eye brow pencil, Charlotte Tilbury, Mary Jane had no idea they even has them available, went to ask a few more employees if they could order them since Mary Jane had no idea what i was talking about and they said they would not because i was rude. Very sad, the employees were not even busy, just standing around."
