"I have been going here years and overall I am pretty happy with my services, but today I brought in my husband for a manicure and the nail tech completely butchered my husbands nails. She cut them so short and so uneven that he looks like he has been biting his nails. They also hurt from being so short. I brought it to their attention and all they offered was a sorry. I’m not expecting anything for free, but as a business owner myself, if you have loyal customers, best business practice is to offer something to your unhappy client. I was really disappointed with the service provided today."

"I have been to this place three times now. Which is a shame to me and I should have learned my lesson. So hopefully I can share my opinion and you can decide to save your money and go somewhere else. I went in today and asked for a manicure. I said I wanted gel and saw it was $15 more for gel. He said “you can do dip powder and it be $45” I said, so I can get a manicure for $45 with dip in which he replied yes. The guy that did my nails, went fast and I didn’t see the manicure being done. Before I knew it, he was done. He then handed me my bill. On top of no manicure, I didn’t get the whole manicure experience! No massage, scrub, lotion, nothing! I told them I wasn’t paying the $45 because I didn’t get what I wanted. After the back and forth he tells me manicure plus dip would be $67. Which was $22 more than what he told me. I had saved my money plus money for a tip and was let down. So not only did I have to pay more, they didn’t get a tip and I didn’t get what I wanted. It may not seem like a big deal to some, but when want and truly needed this manicure and save for it… it’s a big let down. They are always in a rush, the men are worse than the one lady I had the first time. Who actually did great on my pedicure, which is why I give it two stars. Over priced and letting down customers is not the way to go!"

"First time at this place. Purchased the most expensive pedicure they had and I was in and out in 25mins. Massage was just her barely moving her hands back and forth while chatting with the worker next to her, the polish looks awful and she was rude! The place is dirty and they don't wipe down the chairs in between clients. Also, the lady at the front desk was more interested in chatting and texting on her phone to even greet a client! Never again!!!"

"Iris did fabulous on both my gel manicures!! Purple set was done 6 weeks before the new pink marble set. And not a single chip or lift, which for me is unheard of from previous experiences. She's kind and open to accommodate to your needs to make the experience enjoyable. Only down side is toward a hostess that was too quiet for me to hear her when i walked to to a bustling salon. On top of not following schedule which made things little awkward sitting at a station when they had someone already written in at that time."
