"*UPDATE* 2 more nails popped off, never to be found again, following this initial post. Im adding another photo from today, i exoect this nail is next its been crack like the others since the 3rd day as well. (Ive been busy out of state) I did see the response from the business, so i will give opportunity to keep my business(as i stated previously, been coming here for 2+ yrs) I will post a final update(if needed) with resolution(if any). Let me start off by saying I've been coming to this location for roughly 2 years & I've been very happy with services rendered & pricing. Now let's go back to nearly 3.5 weeks ago, 1st week of December. After giving my nails a couple months rest, and finding out that on Dec 28th, i was going to be driving to CA where i was going to see my dad since 8 years ago, and meet his (new) wife, so i was very excited, this trip was important to me. That being said, I went to perfect nails to get them done and not only was I charged $70 instead of the usual $40 to $45 that I had been used to paying but the nails were not at all what I had asked for and the lady that did them started doing them acrylic until I stopped her and said "you know these are dip powder, not acrylic, i told the guy up front" I understand that perhaps he didn't recognize me from before because i no longer have the blue & black hair, but i always specify this because acrylics always pop off & never last for me, dip does. So she seems a little irritated and she basically just files off the stuff she already put on my nails, and then proceeds to put the dip stuff on top of that. So when she did that that already created a crappie bass and at $70 I was not very happy. Seven of my 10 nails were already lifting and getting ready to chip or pop off after just a couple weeks so I went back to this place and explained my situation and showed him my nails. He was good about working on the price with me but considering that previous experience I would say it was definitely warranted. So this time he did my nails. And of course it's hard to see things in there so I don't notice things until I leave the salon however when I went in there this last time it was on the morning of this important trip I was driving out to California for, and send me on my way. he did charge less this time($45) but as you can see from these pics, nails were done Thursday morning, on Saturday, the 1st one broke off. This happened during my trip where i was helping in the kitchen & it busted off & I NEVER FOUND IT!! I was absolutely Mortified! Then the following day, Sunday, the next broke off & cracking started appearing. I REALLY don't wanna post this review on a place I've loved coming to for the past 2+ years, but i am completely frustrated with the quality of nails the past 2 times I've gone here and frankly, i spent $130 to be embarrassed during my time with my dad in CA."

"I took my 10 year old daughter to get her nails done. She bites her nails, so the nail technician didn’t have much to work with but she did an amazing job. What I really like though is Amy told my daughter that if she stops biting her nails, she will make a special design for her every time she comes to get her nails done. It really motivated my daughter to stop and I just feel it was just something extra. The nail tech really didn’t have to do but it really made a difference."
