Her boss, i didn't catch his name, but he was super help as well, he helped her prep my nails while she was finishing up with another client. Go schedule an appointment with kelly she is the best!!"

"Awful service. Do not come here if you expect to be treated well. I called at 11:15 to schedule an appointment at 2. I arrived at 2, the salon was full. I imagined this on a holiday- hence why the appointment was made. I wasn’t sat for 20 minutes despite my appointment. Once sat I was tossed between two techs and asked to move. There was another client who walked in after me and literally in the middle of getting my nails done- the tech asked me to get up and move to another tech. After having to pick my stuff up and move from booth to booth, they forgot about my second service. I had to remind the lady up front that my appointment was scheduled for a pedicure as well. She huffed and went and got the supplies ready. I waiting another 10 minutes to be sat at my second service they forgot about. Finally, upon seating me at my pedicure chair, I was left to sit in the water for 20 more minutes. The tech finally comes over and asks what I would like. I show her my nails- they are ombré French tip- she said she can’t do that and will do a French tip. Icing on the cake was when the tech was about to paint my nails and abruptly got up to go do an eyebrow wax on another guest. You can’t make this up- Do not come here and waste your money on any services. I received the cheapest pedicure at $52 and this is the work I got. Save your money and your time."

"I’ll definitely be making the long drive back out here! They were very accommodating and it was the first salon I’ve encountered where the employees were joking and laughing with each other instead of stressed yelling. Definitely a good sign in my book. I’m awful at understanding accents (never place blame on the person who’s trying to learn the language) and instead of moving on and doing something I didn’t want, they worked together to bridge the language gap. That effort and care alone is 5 stars to me. My nail tech, Vu, had me laughing and smiling the whole time, even when we (mostly me) didn’t fully understand each other. I really threw a challenge at him and he more than delivered. He was patient and gave special attention to detail—the first nail tech I’ve had that was able to create a design exactly how I wanted it. Vu—and the two wonderful women who helped us—deserve all the praise (and a raise)."
