"Had appointments for a group of 5 for mani-pedis on a Saturday, a first-time experience for one in our group. I was offered the menu while receiving my pedi and decided on the classic gel pedi, which was supposed to come with a ten-minute massage. I was last into my chair and first out. I was not asked which mani service I wanted, my cuticles were completely ignored, and received a Very express dip manicure. I appreciate speed and friendliness, but I was so disappointed with my experience for the price tag. Not sure I would come back here, at least definitely not during peak times. I would look at what services are offered ahead of time, and what’s included in them. Know exactly what you want before you go in, and speak up if you’re not satisfied."

"Giving 2 stars just because they do a good job applying the dip nails. But removal is a whole story!!! They do a measly and incomplete job.. twice I had it removed from the salon and both times I have to come back home and do my own diligence in removing and cracking the dip from my nails. It’s a displeasure. Also the staff is very rude!!!!"

"Place is insanely overpriced plus tax they don’t tell you when stuff is extra plus they didn’t even fill in the lines correctly, as a barber and for the price everything should be crisp and neat. For $150 dollars it was not good what so ever, I even tipped but it was not up to my expectations. Good service bad product. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go here. There are different spots that are much cheaper and know what they are doing!"

"Very efficient and nice gel manicure from Holly this week. The shop has a very nice vibe... lots of gals getting their nails done and chatting. I wasn't pushed to purchase any other services which I love. That makes me more likely to want to try more things! Very large gel color collection. I am looking forward to returning whenever this set wears down.... it feels like it'll last a good few weeks!"
