"Went to get some new earrings not too long ago, two young women hanging around the store had no idea they were the employees as they were watching friend and I stand at the register and wait to be checked out. Almost 10 minutes go by we were about to leave when the two young women finish their conversation stand up from the chairs and ask if we’re ready to checkout. Friend and I were like?? Oh! so they’re the employees? But they watched us wait? They continued chatting and giggling with each other while checking us out and only said “receipt is in the bag” to my friend and I. Extremely unprofessional and sad."
"It was a wonderful experience we got some earrings and I got a piercing as well. The one who serviced me made sure I was comfortable calmed me down and had a conversation with me to allow me to stay calm, well enough he made sure I knew the process new how to care for it. P.S They give a free spray bottle to care for your piercing"
"BUYER BEWARE! I purchased jewelry here and there wasn't an option to print a receipt, only email. When I finally got my e-receipt the next day it showed that they charged me more than the retail price for each item [this was not including tax]. They also were mismarked what size they were l - it looked off but was confirmed when I saw the e-receipt had a different size listed. The metal is not surgical steel like listed - immediately I was having an allergic reaction and the online support was zero help. If I could give zero stars I would!"
"The jewelry is cute. They have signs all over the place saying "clearance" or "50% off", which isn't true. Before the cashier even scanned my items he told me they are full price, and if I am okay with that. I just said yes, because I liked what I picked out. Pros, items are cute. Cons, false advertising."
