"Icing is Claire’s sister location, but I don’t believe that is widely known. I’m making it a point to call that out to encourage customers to stop in and see for themselves. I recently took my children in for their first ear piercings, and I had an AMAZING experience with Alyssa. She was informative to me, and very kind and patient with my children - ages 4, 6, and 11. I couldn’t have been happier with their first experience and would be happy to recommend this location to any and all. Thank you for the amazing customer service!"

"Especially considering the pandemic we're going through this place was tacky and disgusting. There were multiple layers of make up on the merchandise and blatantly DIRTY greasy nasty people putting on tons of merchandise as well without purchasing or sanitization. The customer service was disgraceful. 1,000% would not recommend coming to this travesty. By the way take caution when purchasing hair products from this place. Lice spreads very easily. The employee straight told me no one has wanted to buy that hat because its so disgusting. Pathetic."

"I took my daughter shopping today and we stopped by into this store where she bought some pretty bracelets and then wanted to purchase a caboodle to keep her makeup and hair ties and stuff in. So we looked at all the caboodles and none of them had any prices anywhere on them. So we went to the only clerk at the store register which had a long line to see if someone could tell us the price. The lady said she would check in just a couple of minutes. We saw another clerk who was busy piercing ears. The clerk waited on us after a few minutes and looked all over the caboodle and inside for a price which we had already told her there was no price anywhere on any of them. So she asked the other clerk who also didn’t know. So they told us to wait while they checked the back room inventory and then the clerk returned stating she couldn’t find anything so then she would check online. So we waited and waited for an hour!! Then only to be told were sorry we are not able to find the pricing on the caboodles. This is by far the worst and most ridiculous store I have ever been into and have Never experienced a store that could not tell you the price of merchandise that you wanted to buy! Ridiculous!!! After all that we purchased her bracelets and left and purchased our caboodle on Amazon which had prices and it will be here by Tuesday. Needless to say we will Never shop at this store again!!!"
