Anthony Bone - State Farm Insurance Agent

"I am extremely dissatisfied with how my situation was handled on 02/27. I called on 02/26 to inquire about my billing statement, and the two associates I spoke to on the phone failed to comprehend Cecilia's note. They both promised that she would call me back on 02/27, but she didn't. So, I initiated the call instead. As soon as she recognized my voice, she began giving me an attitude on the phone. I tried to overlook it as I wanted to get my question answered. However, she continued to be rude to me during the conversation, and I could not tolerate it. All I wanted to know was why I was charged again for the service when she told me on 02/09 that I wouldn't have to make another payment since I already did. Instead of admitting her mistake, she kept treating me as if I were stupid and unwilling to understand me. Furthermore, she made it seem as if she didn't want to assist me by repeatedly asking if I wanted to cancel my policy, even though I never mentioned it. This made me feel like she wasn't interested in helping me. I am extremely disappointed with how I was treated today, especially considering that I have been a loyal State Farm - Anthony Bone customer since I was 16. I don't want to speak with Cecilia again, but if I can't get anyone else on the phone to help me, I'll have no choice but to take my business elsewhere. Cecilia needs to improve her conduct!"

"I’ve had more positive help during one phone call with Jeff from State Farm than I have had in the last two years I’ve spent with Progressive. Jeff was extremely helpful and attentive while setting up my plan. I see why their slogan is “Like a good neighbor…”, because he was very kind and personable throughout the whole conversation I shared with him."

Good thing, as I would have missed the opportunity to meet and work with Jeff. Great guy- easy going. We talked auto insurance and then decided to add on the home insurance as well. After all was said and done, Jeff ended up saving me over $100 plus a month between the two plans- not to mention both plans were better than my current coverage and costs.
