She offered to not only accept payment over the phone for the battery, but, to come over after work to install it for me! I have never experienced such outstanding customer service. My husband visits this store often and has always spoken so highly of the service there. This is over the top. Jennifer, you deserve a huge Christmas bonus for being such a lovely and wonderful blessing! I hope that some day, if you ever need help, that your kindness will be returned double.
