"Worst service i have ever had ! My battery was not a year old dropped it off on Thursday 11/2/2023 said they would test it and call . No call so I called on Saturday 11/4/2023 and gal said we charged it and it's good . I said you need to let it sit and see if it drains because I have charged numerous times . She said we will let it sit over night. So I stopped by today 11/6/2023 gentleman said yep it's dead you need a new one ! I said it's not a year old and he said let me see what the the warranty is ? he hit a couple keys on the key board and said sorry only 6 month warranty , you want another one ? I said no thank you ....The stock one that came with made it 3 years ! Our family has spent over a $1000 on batteries here and that was the last dollar from me."
