"Troy’s office had called me 2 years ago and the person I spoke to really dropped the ball so I told him to forget about it. I was happy with the company I was with. Since then, I have received multiple follow up emails and calls apologizing for the bad experience and telling me the person was no longer with them. Finally, last week I am in the middle of getting quotes from another company and I get a call from Sarah. It would have been easy to say no because I was actually looking and my new quotes and I was saving money with someone else. I explained what happened years past and just the way she presented herself and spoke to me apologizing for what happened and assuring me that Troy holds each of his clients at the highest standard.
