"Arrogant company, we created an account, gave 'em credit card info for part purchases and all we needed, they got us all set up and when we needed a part they won't sell it to us because the account needs to be updated?? what?? are you kidding me??you call their 800 number and there's no one to help you, almost like trying to push you away and they did, first and last attempt to ever do business with them, luckily there's a bunch of other vendors that are willing to take our money!"
"When i called to discuss business with this company today what sounded like a young child picked up the phone and would not transfer me as i asked to have done. He then was very rude and hung the phone up on me. I am shocked that a place of business would handle a customer this way. Dont do business here! This is just plain rude!"
