"This is not a recent visit but I went in for a battery and the person at the counter got the battery. I said what’s the “R” for? He said that’s just the part number for a revision or something. I bet you know what the “R” is for, I sure do now! It’s for reversed posts. I hooked it up and the negative and positive were reversed. It blew out some relays and fuses. It cost hundreds of dollars at the Jack Furrier to take out the fuse box and replace the damaged parts. I should have know better than not verify the part number myself."
