"Miles and Brian are fabulous. They've helped me twice this weekend. Yesterday for brake pads, and today for replacement bulbs for the rear brake lights. On both occasions, I wasn’t positive what I needed and they were very patient and kind. They helped me determine exactly what I needed and never tried to up-sell. Miles was kind enough to quickly change the bulbs for me. There are four stores in my area and this store is by far my favorite."
"This is the second time in a row that I have come to the Silverbell O’Reillys and left feeling like a valued customer. The staff is amazing and extremely helpful. Today, my daughter’s car would not start after practice so I had to get it jumpstarted and showed up to the store at about 9:45 PM looking to get a new battery. Not only did Daniel greet me with a smiling face, he took time to look through several phone numbers trying to find our warranty and even replaced the battery in the car for me. Daniel went above and beyond and they have a lifetime customer. Thank you!"
