I have never attempted to make any repairs on my car but after seeing how simple it is in a video I wanted to give it a shot. I came in and Donny checked and made sure I bought the right coils & spark plugs, he also help me pick out the tools & other items I would need to get the job done. He really went above and beyond in explaining the step by step process . He was very informative and patient with me. Couldn’t recommend this location more!"

"If it were not for Alan being so polite and professional, I would not have rated any stars. Todd is a very rude and unhelpful staff member. I waited patiently in line to get some help and ended falling into Todd's line. I asked him for one item and he abruptly walked me to the self, I started to ask him which one was best for my task, when he just walked away from me. Todd acted like i was bothering him. I get my item and was waiting in line to pay, the other staff was busy, Todd walked out of the store when he could have easily let me pay for my one item. Alan politely stepped in and thanked me for my patience and he would take care of me asap. Alan is an excellent employee while Todd should have more training on good customer service."
