"I wanted to make a return at the Arrowhead Mall a location closest to the Macys. The guy was making it very difficult and basically said because of the deal I got, I couldn’t return the one pair without paying $20 more. He was not helpful at all and was honestly really passive aggressive and trying to talk to me as if I was stupid. It is the holiday season and he is clearly taking advantage of that. I went to the location in arrowhead by JC Penny and the girl there was great and very helpful and did my return for me no problem. If you are at Arrowhead Mall in Peoria AZ, do NOT go to the location by Macys."
"Was told this was owned by sales and I was supposed to get a 40% discount plus military discount. Went to a different banter. They returned the item from the first banter, and then gave me the military discount. Amazing. Went out of their way to help."
"Banter always has such cute and beautiful jewelry pieces I stopped by to see the sale they had going on. I purchased 3 items and when checking out I declined the warranty agreements although when I looked at my reciept when leaving I was charged for them. I went back and spoke to the sales associate and told me that it was the discount that was given that was the $14 for each item. I could see that it was getting hectic and maybe she accidentally still charged the warranties, they were very kind and helpful just was a little off she told me it was the discount even when I pointed out it said extended service agreement for the charge. The store was store 111. I went to the other side of mall and spoke to the other banter stand and they helped me resolve the issue."
"I had a great experience with Dawnisha at store 715 the following day I went to store 111 for something else store manager Rodney scared me I left as fast as I could. Treated his employees awful."
