"Love this store and spend a lot of money here, however I'm tired of the Arrowhead location, the lady with the accent follows me and my daughter around the entire time. Probably will avoid this one going forward."
"The employees are very sweet however the owner would not stop hovering and trying to convince me to buy whatever I would look at. I appreciate the help but not the added pressure. Also adding that she would give me a 10% discount and being rude at check out when I asked if I’d be getting the discount like she said after I followed them on Instagram like she said. The employees were all very sweet and non confrontational. I’ve had better experiences in other henna shoppes."
"A lot of selections big discounts but few things are way too expensive even with discounts. Smells good as soon as we enter I like this store It is clean and people are very nice and helpful with any questions we have. I recommend visiting this store in the mall."
"Very disappointed, we purchased most of our Christmas gifts here, Item did not fit our daughter, she went in to exchange for larger size, no larger size available. She asked for return with store credit, there were some other items she could purchase for more than the store credit would be...they said NO. The item was purchased at full price, no sale item, within 30 days of purchase. It was a christmas gift and she was very sick went to exchange when she felt better...Be mindful of there 15 day return policy on full price items only! Bad business model. Won't be shopping here again."
"Fantastic variety of items, pleasant atmosphere. Insents, clothing, jewelry. BUT, it appears to be a bit of bait an switchery of price tags. Brass Buddha for $9.99, charged $29.99. When I mentioned it to the employee she was demeaning and said "it's brass". Karma honey..."
